1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reteni—whether through the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or any web interface—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use Reteni.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reteni. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who violate age requirements.

2 Account Terms

To use Reteni, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Use only one account per person (unless authorized otherwise).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3 Service Description

Reteni is an AI-powered content generation application that helps users create written content. The service includes:

• AI-based content generation across multiple categories.
• Content editing and refinement tools.
• Export capabilities (PDF, Word, plain text).
• Cloud storage for saved content.
• User account management and settings.

4 Subscription Plans

Reteni offers the following subscription tiers:

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 USD per month with 30 daily content generations.
• Yearly Plan: $29.00 USD per year with 30 daily content generations and additional benefits.
• Daily Generation Limit: Both plans are limited to 30 content generations per calendar day.
• Free Trial: We may offer limited free trials at our discretion.

Generation limits reset daily at 12:00 AM UTC. Unused daily generations do not carry over to the next day.

5 Billing & Payment

By subscribing to Reteni, you authorize recurring charges:

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).
• Billing Cycle: Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days. Yearly plans renew every 365 days.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or app store policies.
• App Store Refunds: App store policies may allow refunds within 14 days of purchase. Contact your app store for refund requests.
• Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new prices.

6 User Content

You retain all rights to content you create using Reteni. We grant us a license to:

• Store your content securely to provide the service.
• Use your content to improve our AI algorithms (only with explicit opt-in).
• Delete your content upon account termination or your request.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you input is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. Do not input confidential information, copyrighted material, or personal information of others without consent.

7 Prohibited Activities

You must not use Reteni to:

• Create content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or create plagiarized content.
• Generate content for spam, fraud, phishing, or deception.
• Generate content violating child safety laws or other regulations.
• Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt unauthorized access to Reteni.
• Sell, trade, or distribute access to your account to others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bypass service limitations.

8 Intellectual Property

Reteni and its technology are protected intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Reteni source code or technology.
• Use Reteni's logo, branding, or name without permission.
• Create derivative works based on Reteni's technology.

We grant you a limited license to use Reteni solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as authorized by your subscription.

9 App Store Compliance

Reteni complies with all App Store and Google Play guidelines:

• Data Privacy: We comply with App Store privacy and data protection requirements.
• In-App Purchases: All subscriptions follow app store guidelines for transparent pricing and easy cancellation.
• Age Ratings: Reteni is rated for ages 13+ on all app stores.
• Content Standards: Generated content must comply with app store content policies.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are issued according to app store policies (typically 14-day window).

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Engage in illegal activity or fraud.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or users.
• Violate app store policies.

You may terminate your account anytime through app settings. Upon termination, your subscription ends and access ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days per privacy laws.

11 Disclaimer & Liability

Reteni is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
